GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These terms governs your use of, and purchases from, the domain www.norrfolks.com and will be valid for all your future transactions with NORRFOLKS and visits to the site.

By making a purchase from, or using the site you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and entered into a binding agreement with NORRFOLKS.

Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms when using our site. NORRFOLKS reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

COMPANY INFORMATION

The registered domain www.norrfolks.com is owned by NORRFOLKS. The company is registered in Stockholm, Sweden and sell fine jewelry. NORRFOLKS are authorized for Swedish “F-skatt”.

ORDER

NORRFOLKS approves purchases from Sweden and every country within EU plus Norway.

To make a purchase at www.norrfolks.com you need to be over 18 years old. In connection with your purchase you agree that we store and use your personal information within the company to fulfill our commitments against you. Your e-mail address is important for us to be able to confirm your purchase as well as inform you of any potential changes in your purchase.

NORRFOLKS will send you an automatically generated purchase confirmation to the e-mail address that you entered when filling the customer data form. The purchase is complete once you receive this purchase confirmation from us. In case you do not receive an e-mail from us after you purchase is placed, please contact us at info@norrfolks.com.

NORRFOLKS will always do our best to fulfill your purchase. There may be circumstances that make it impossible for us to complete the purchase, for example if our suppliers do not complete their obligations against us. If there occur a problem with an purchase we will announce that to you immediately by e-mail. You will always have the right to cancel the purchase if we not can fulfill it. Compensation in addition to the products price and shipping costs will not be paid to you.

NORRFOLKS reserve the right to limit the quantities of NORRFOLKS products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and NORRFOLKS reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

PRICES

NORRFOLKS reserve the rights to change the prices without prior notice.

Prices on the site are selectable in the currencies SEK or EURO. You are billed in the currency that you have select at the time of purchase.

When it comes to the currency EURO, the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. NORRFOLKS has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

All prices shown on the site are including Swedish VAT (25% of total amount). In the checkout, prior to placing a binding purchase, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping. 

PAYMENT

Our payment solutions PayPal and Payson are 3D secure safe payment solution Stripe is also a secure safe payment solution with a PCI certified payment system.

PayPal accept payments with credit and debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and a PayPal account.

Stripe accept payments with credit and debit card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payson accept payments with credit and debit cards, Visa and MasterCard from customers living in Europe. Payson also accept payments from Swedish customers with invoice, part payments and Internet payment by a Swedish bank.

Payments are not debited until the purchase has been dispatched. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity and the CVC code. There is no extra charge for card payments. In the event no payment has been received after submitting your purchase NORRFOLKS may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

We do not store any credit card information and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.

SHIPPING GENERAL

We have a flat rate shipping of 45 kr, regardless weight or the amount of your order.

All purchases are shipped by PostNord (Swedish postal service) service “Rek 1:klass”. If you purchase on a weekday before 16.00 we will ship the order the same day. Purchase placed on weekends will be shipped on the next coming Monday.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. 

In the checkout you can specify an alternative address, for example. your office, as shipping address. 

NORRFOLKS insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

All parcels are traceable through the methods provided by Postnord. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. 

SHIPPING SWEDEN

When your package leaves our warehouse you will get an sms or e-mail that it is on its way. The package will arrive within approximately 1 business days. “Rek 1:klass” is a service that will be delivered to the nearest Postnord service point and you will be notified via sms or e-mail. You will have 14 days to pick up your package before it is returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery. 

SHIPPING WITHIN EU 

When your package leaves our warehouse you will get an e-mail that it is on its way. The package will arrive within approximately 2-8 business days, depending on the country of destination. Delivery method is different in all countries we ship to. We strongly suggest you to contact your local post office if you want to know about delivery.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery, approximately 9 EURO.  

GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We give you the right to return or exchange your purchase within 30 day from the date you received the product. For the return to be accepted the item must be unused and not damaged. You will pay for the return costs.

NORRFOLKS shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. We recommend you to send the item with a postal tracking service and in the original box. You will be responsible for return shipping and return risk.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser’s credit card and take 5-10 business days to show up on your account, from the time it has been processed by us.

In case of exchange to another item or size we will send the new item to you as soon as we received the product you want to exchange.

In case of exchange because the item you received is damaged or faulty, we will replace the product as soon as we have received the damaged item. We will also repay you for the shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Send an email with your order number and reason for return/exchange to info@norrfolks.com to register the return/exchange. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and color of the wished replacement item(s).

We prefer you place the item(s) in the original box or similar solid carton item, and seal the box securely with tape.

Ship the item(s) with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, choose a shipping option with tracking service. That way, the carrier will refund you should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the site and in the material published on it are owned by or licensed to NORRFOLKS and it’s affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of NORRFOLKS. You may not modify the material in anyway, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.

USER CONTENT

The NORRFOLKS website may include user generated content, e.g. from social media applications. NORRFOLKS does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

PRIVACY POLICY

When purchasing a product on the site you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information being stored in accordance to NORRFOLKS privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as a customer. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care.

NORRFOLKS treats all personal information confidential and it will not be sold or used for any other purposes than to process and fulfill your purchase and ensure the best service possible. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you may have it changed or removed. If this is the case, send us an e-mail clearly stating your name, e-mail address and a short description of the matter.

When completing an purchase you have the option not to receive any promotional information or newsletters from NORRFOLKS. If you no longer wish to receive information that is not necessary to fulfil your purchase, please unsubscribe directly in the e-mails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the footer of the mailing in question or contact us by e-mail at info@norrfolks.com. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

COOKIES

A cookie is a file sent from a website such as for example www.norrfolks.com to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart while browsing around with us. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to make any order on our site. You can easily change this in the settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

TERMINATION

NORRFOLKS reserves the right to terminate your account and/or use of the site at its sole discretion. For example if NORRFOLKS suspects that you have in any way breached the Terms and Conditions. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

LIABILITY

NORRFOLKS responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. NORRFOLKS bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations.

Where NORRFOLKS acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. NORRFOLKS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using, or not being able to use, the site.

NORRFOLKS cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site. The site may contain links to other website beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.

FORCE MAJEURE

NORRFOLKS have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you. Under such circumstances, NORRFOLKS will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our site.
