You’re booking a time slot for the initial consultation via the calendar on our website. The 30 min consultation is complementary and you will meet with one of our client advisor that will walk you through the process as well as answering any questions you might have.

We host consultations both in our Stockholm Showroom, as well as virtual online consultations. You choose what consultation type and date offered in our calendar suits you best.

We aim to offer a personal and unforgettable experience, therefore you’ll be in contact with the same client advisor from our team from here onwards who will assist you throughout your Norrfolks  customization journey.

Once we start the design process, our talented designers will take over and draw the wished design for you. You will then receive a CAD image (computer aided design) from us. This is a technical drawing of your ring design, outlining your chosen specifications.

In order to begin this process we require a deposit of 4.500 SEK / 4.50 EUR / 450 GBP / 450 USD which will be deducted from your final invoice. You will be able to amend the CAD one time free of charge. Once the CAD is approved by you we will continue by selecting the diamond(s).

Once the CAD is approved by you, your client advisor will get back to you with a selection of different diamonds based on your budget or requirement.

All diamonds are carefully hand-selected by our expert production team. Together with your client advisor you’ll go through the 4 C’s and other important details about diamonds. After selecting your diamond(s) you’ll receive a final quote.

Our highly experienced team of master jewellers start the creation process for your ring. All our custom rings are expertly handcrafted in the UK, with highest attention to detail and quality.

This process takes 6-8 weeks after received approval on the CAD. We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due on completion of the ring.

Your client advisor will notify you once your ring is finished and include a video of your ring, so you can see just how beautiful your finished piece is.

We will also include any relevant shipping information or support you in arranging a time to collect your ring in our Stockholm Showroom. Your finished ring will be wrapped and packaged in our signature Norrfolks packaging.
