Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders worldwide.

All parcels are shipped from Sweden trackable, fully insured and require signature and/or ID proof upon delivery or pickup. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday CEST. Production times are stated on the individual product page and are active from the first business day after placing an order. Please note that production timelines do not include shipping times.

Shipping Countries and Delivery Times

Shipping to Sweden
  • Free express shipping to Sweden. All Orders are shipped fully insured with PostNord service point delivery.
  • Ready-to-ship items ship within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items ship within 1-3 days after a 4-6 weeks production timeline.
  • Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands ship within 1-3 days after a 6 weeks production timeline.
  • Once your order has been completed and transferred to our carrier PostNord, you will automatically receive an Email or text message with your tracking number and more information about your delivery.
  • Parcels shipped to Sweden will be delivered to a PostNord service point and can be picked up within 14 days of delivery.
  • All prices stated are including Swedish VAT 25%.
Shipping to Europe
  • Free express shipping to Europe. All Orders are shipped fully insured with DHL Express door-to-door delivery.
  • Ready-to-ship items ship within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items ship within 2-3 days after a 4-6 weeks production timeline.
  • Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands ship within 2-3 days after a 6 weeks production timeline.
  • Once your order has been completed and transferred to our carrier DHL Express, you will automatically receive an Email or text message with your tracking number and more information about your delivery.
  • All prices stated are in EURO including VAT according to the countries’ respective VAT rate. No import duties or import taxes apply.

  • Free express shipping to the UK. All Orders are shipped fully insured with DHL Express or Fedex International Priority door-to-door delivery.
  • Ready-to-ship items ship within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items ship within 2-3 days after a 4-6 weeks production timeline.
  • Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands ship within 2-3 days after a 6 weeks production timeline.

  • All prices stated are in GBP and are inclusive 20% VAT and duties.
  • Parcels are shipped as DDP “Delivery Dutie Paid”. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

  • Made-to-order items ship within 2-5 days after a 4-6 weeks production timeline.
