We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days upon receipt, exceptions do apply.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including diamond certificates where applicable, unworn and in the condition received within 30 days after delivery.
Items showing any signs of wear such as scratches or dents will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Returns within Sweden
For Swedish Orders, all returns and exchanges are free of charge, meaning that both the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement item(s) is covered and provided by Norrfolks.

Returns from Europe
For European Orders, customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us and we therefore recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.

Returns from the US
For US Orders, customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us and we therefore recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.
Any import taxes and duties paid will not be refunded by us and you will need to contact your local customs office to reclaim any import taxes and duties paid.
For unclaimed parcels or parcels not cleared through customs due to failure of providing necessary information to customs by you and are therefore returned to us by the carrier, we have to charge for the handling and shipping fees involved in having the parcel returned to us which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from the Rest of the World
For International Orders, customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping.

Exceptions
Personalized items, such as engraved rings, or resized rings, items damaged or items modified by third party jewelers, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized items such as custom sizes, bespoke pieces or rings that have been ordered with a larger diamond size, different diamond shape or in other metals such as platinum, than otherwise offered on the Norrfolks website, are special orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each customer is permitted to exchange or return 1 item from our Engagement & Wedding Collection only. Any additional rings purchased from our Engagement & Wedding Collection are considered final sale.
Items with a purchase value over 50.000 SEK / 5.000 EUR / 5.000 GBP / 5.000 USD cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different style or color, please return it and place a new order.
Resizes
If the size of your engagement ring or wedding band isn’t quite right, we offer 1 complimentary resize per ring up to 3 EU sizes up or down within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees may apply.
If your resize request is outside of our resize allowance, you may need to reset your ring for an additional cost.
Full Eternity Bands and Forever Bands cannot be resized and must be exchanged in unworn condition.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or refunded up to one hour after placing your order. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to amend the order, such as changing size, metal, diamond type, or adding products. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we are still able to amend any personal details, such as your shipping address.
