Located in Stockholm City, the Norrfolks Showroom is our creative universe. Inspired by the past and the future, the Showroom is furnished with Scandinavian design and vintage pieces. A tribute to our existence and heritage.

If you are unable to visit our Stockholm Showroom, we are happy to meet you online. When scheduling a virtual consultation, one of our Client Advisors will assist you from our Studio, showcasing the entire Norrfolks Collection and offer style advice.

Consultation FAQs

How does the process of a virtual consultation work?

Virtual consultations allow you to experience the Norrfolks showroom from the comfort of your home. Appointments are held online via video call. Just as in our showroom appointments, we will showcase the collection and style combinations that you are interested in.

Once you have booked a slot for your virtual appointment you will receive a confirmation Email with a video link that you will need to open on the day and time of your scheduled appointment.

How does it work on arrival at the Stockholm Showroom?

Once you have booked a slot for your showroom appointment you will receive a confirmation Email with the location, date and time of your scheduled appointment.

On arrival, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation Email and a Norrfolks Client Advisor will pick you up at the door.

Can I try on rings during the appointment?

All rings are available as mock-up rings and you are able to try on as much as you’d like. Please bear in mind we only have certain sizes available. Not all styles are shown in white gold.

Is there a fee I have to pay for a consultation?

We are happy to offer you our consultations free of charge.

Are there other time slots available than offered on the bookings site?

In some cases we may be able to schedule an appointment for you outside of the time slots offered on the bookings site.

Can I visit the Stockholm Showroom without a booking?

This is unfortunately not possible. We care to take our time for each customer to give an as personalized and helpful experience as possible. Therefore our Showroom can only be visited with a booked appointment.
