Resize & Engraving

Resize

• If the size of your ring isn’t quite right, we offer 1 complimentary resize per ring from our Engagement & Wedding Collection within 30 days of delivery.

• The processing time of a resize is up to 4 weeks and we cover all shipping costs back and forth.

• For most rings it is possible to resize 3-4 EU sizes up or down. Rings with a pavé diamond band can be resized maximum 1 EU size up or down. Full Eternity Bands and Forever Bands cannot be resized and must be exchanged.

• If your ring needs to be resized outside of our resize allowance we will instead perform an exchange and have a new ring made for you in the accurate size. This service is free of charge within the 30-day window.

• For an exchange to be approved it is important that your ring is returned to us in unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

• Any additional resize or resize requests after the 30-day mark will cost 800 SEK / 80 EUR. If your resize request is outside of our resize allowance, you may need to reset your ring for an additional cost.

Engraving

• We offer complimentary engraving of rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection on purchase or within 30 days of delivery.

• You can also purchase an engraving for your ring after the 30-day mark. The price for engraving is 600 SEK / 60 EUR per ring and includes all shipping back and forth.

• The processing time of an engraving is up to 4 weeks when performed after purchase.

• Our engraving is exclusively made by hand in a cursive font and we allow up to 25 characters including spacing. It is possible to engrave letters, numbers and signs as well as some available symbols.

• Kindly note that engraved rings cannot be returned and we can only offer engraving on rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection.
