Which payment methods do you accept?

All our customers can choose to pay with credit card by Pay Pal, Stripe or a PayPal account. Our Swedish customers can also choose to pay with credit card, invoice, part payments or bank Internet payment by Payson.

Which currencies can I make a purchase at your webshop?

Prices on the site are selectable in the currencies SEK and EURO. You are billed in the currency that you have selected at the time of purchase.

What happens when the purchase confirmation did not reach me?

The purchase is complete once you have receive a purchase confirmation from us. In case you have not received an e-mail from us after your purchase was placed, please contact us at info@norrfolks.com.

I want to return or exchange an item, how does it work?

We give you the right to return or exchange your purchase within 30 day from the date you received the product. For the return to be accepted the item must be unused and not damaged.

Please send an email with your order number info@norrfolks.com to register the return.

We prefer you place the item(s) in the original box or similar solid carton item, and seal the box securely with tape.

Ship the item(s) with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, choose a shipping option with tracking service. That way, the carrier will refund you should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.

How much is the shipping cost?

We charge 45 SEK for shipping.

When is my package arriving?

In Sweden the package will arrive within approximately 1 business day. Outside of Sweden the package will arrive within approximately 2-8 business days, depending on the country of destination. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We sell to Sweden and all countries of the European Union.
